Abbey Clancy Shows Off Her Classy Chassis

Hot British model Abbey Clancy is caught undressing on the cover of FHM’s October 2008 issue, on stands now.

The sexy 22-year-old, who was the runner-up in Living TV’s Britain’s Next Top Model 2006, is also appearing ITV2’s Fashion Show starting next month.

Besides being in the news for being the girlfriend of England soccer star Peter Crouch, Clancy also made headlines recently for having been approached to appear in the “I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!” reality TV show.

Brand Beckham Launch Third Perfume

Victoria Beckham launched her much-hyped Signature perfumes today at Harvey Nichols in Manchester, UK.

Why Manchester? “It was meant to be in London but I said no,” the former Spice girl told The Diary. “I said please can I go to Manchester instead? I love Manchester, it’s got a really good feel to it. So I thought why not – I usually spend a lot of time in London.

“Manchester’s just so fashion conscious. And there’s great shopping.”

The 34-year-old high-profile fashion icon was seen in an angel-like outfit, complete with a pair of white feathery wings.

Signature For Him embodies husband David Beckham’s vision of ambition and masculinity in a fresh woody oriental fragrance with invigorating top notes, while Signature For Her is said to be a seductive fruity foloriental reflecting Victoria’s innate flair for fashion.

The development of the scents was shrouded to a large extent, and no one seems to know why Posh didn’t call a bash in its name. The grapevine has it that only Vicky’s new Hollywood chums – Eva Longoria and Kate Beckinsale – have had a sniff of the perfume before its launch today.

Signature is the third fragrance to be released by the Beckhams, after Intimate and Intimate Night.

Nastia Liukin Rocks

The 2008 Olympic individual all-around gold medalist gymnast Anastasia “Nastia” Liukin will be the face of Vanilla Star’s “Smart Girls Rock” ad campaign.

The 18-year-old champ, who’s also the 2005 and 2007 World Champion on the balance beam, claimed five medals at Beijing including one gold, three silvers and one bronze.

Vanilla Star’s campaign is said to embrace an ‘anti-jean’ company philosophy by opposing the trend of exploiting young teens’ bodies in its ads. The new ads will be unveiled today at Parsons School of Design in NYC, while they will be splashed over buses, kiosks and billboards in NY and LA.

“We always try to find personalities that our core Vanilla Star customer is attracted to and will set a good example for today’s impressionable youth market,” said Vanilla Star’s President, Mark Levy. “We feel that Nastia is special, not only for her amazing skills but as a role model and inspiration to young generations. She’s truly living the dream.”

“We love that Nastia is the perfect fit for Vanilla Star like our jeans are for her,” commented Sandeep Behl, Vanilla Star’s CEO.

“I am really excited to be a part of Vanilla Star’s ‘Smart Girls Rock’ ad campaign,” said Nastia. “I know what it is like to have a dream in your mind and work as hard as you can to achieve it. I’m just happy I can encourage others to do the same.”

Nastia has also received endorsement offers by major brand names including AT&T, Visa, Adidas, Covergirl and Wheaties, where she will appear on cereal box covers.

So we can definitely hope to see more of Nastia all day long… starting at breakfast. Not that I’m complaining.

Tara Reid Reads Beyond Acting — Launches Fashion Line

Hollywood star Tara Reid is apparently concentrating more on fashion design than her acting career–she just launched a rather flirty collection of swimsuits and casual wear called Mantra.

Tara Reid at the launch of her fashion line mantraMantra, which debuted at the Magic Marketplace in Las Vegas on Monday, features T-shirts, bikinis, ponchos and hoodies decorated with trinkets, charms and beads in eight bright colors that are meant to inspire emotions.

“I feel like I’m in a really great place in my life, and I love what I’m doing,” said the 32-year-old star of My Boss’s Daughter. “I love acting but I can’t hire myself. If this works, then we’re in business. If not, I tried.

“It’s about putting into the universe what you want in life: Red means love, pink is friendship, green is lucky, black is protection. You’re gonna have a story when you wear this bikini or when you put this dress on: You’ll either get love or meet a new friend or you might meet a guy.”

Well, if the naughty messages or the designs are anything to go by, you’ll likely have more than just a story when you wear them — the swimsuits carry “Catch Me If You Can” and “Single and Ready to Mingle” and her T-shirts have cut-out backs strung with hand-made chains.

While the items — priced between $65 to $180 — are expected to hit major department stores early 2009, Reid’s website mantrabytarareid.com just says ‘Coming soon.’

Paris Hilton in ‘Hair-raising’ Venture

You’ve got to hand it to this girl. Hollywood socialite, TV personality, glamor icon, actress, singer and model Paris Hilton has got creative once more and designed her latest hair extension line, The Bandit.

Basically it’s a headband with a hairstyle attached to it.” (Hmmm… makes perfect sense to me. Does it, to you?)

“Well I already have my own extension line. I wanted to make something that was a little bit more accessible for anyone for any age,” she added. “I have a cousin that’s 6 years old and she loves it. So it’s basically having a hair do where you don’t have to go to the salon. You just put it on right away and you have great hair.”

The interchangeable hair extensions come in three different lengths, short, medium and long available in eight various shades for ‘a new look everyday’, and will be sold exclusively at Sally Beauty Parlor.

“My goal was to bring myself and my personality into this project,” the 27-year-old newsmaker told New York Daily News.

I don’t get it. Just how do you build your personality into a headband? Well, if anyone could, it would be Paris, I guess.
