Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen is going for green with her Save the Forest Ad Campaign with Ipanema Sementes.

Bündchen is promoting her Ipanema flip flop line, this time in a forest outfit with the aim to raise awareness on Atlantic deforestation and supporting the well respected organization SOS Mata Atlantica, a program supporting the gallery forest (the vegetation surrounding rivers and streams). Each Ipanema sandal sold will help plating 25,500 saplings from 100 different species.
Tha campaign “Gisele Bündchen of the Future – Seeds” supports the cause of clean water and the choice of the theme of seeds was due to the importance they have in the ecosystem, because the seed is the beginning of everything — trees grow from seeds and protect the water.

Victoria Beckham will star in an international campaign for Emporio Armani women’s underwear in a deal reported to be worth $15.6 million.

The former Spice Girl said she was excited to work with Giorgio Armani for the spring/summer 2009 campaign shot by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot.
“I started running regularly about a year ago and when this campaign came about, I began working harder every day,” Beckham, 34, told WWD. “And this morning I got on the treadmill and said, ‘OK then — this is my last chance!’
“It’s a huge compliment being asked to be in the campaign and to be part of the worldwide campaign for Emporio Armani underwear,” she added. “It’s really exciting to me. Mr. Armani is a lovely person and his team is fantastic, so it’s a really exciting project for me to be involved with. And hopefully they will see a huge response.”
“Who better than Victoria Beckham to launch our new global Emporio Armani underwear campaign,” said Giorgio Armani, head of the Italian fashion house. “Victoria is a style icon, a dynamic lady whose influence and recognition will add great excitement to the continued international growth of our underwear business.”
Victoria now becomes the female Beckham counterpart to Emporio Armani underwear endorsements, after soccer star hubby David Beckham posed for the same earlier this year.
And the ads? Rest assured, CelebrityBrands.net will publish the Malibu beachside images a.s.a.p.!

MTV Reality TV show The Hills’ star Audrina Patridge has signed up to be the brand ambassador of Divine Rights of Denim (DROD) in their Spring 2009 campaign.
The 23-year-old somewhat-controversial star will also take an active part in design and merchandising.
“I am a huge fan of Divine Rights of Denim,” Patridge says. “The jeans are so well cut, they fit me perfectly and I love the wide variety of styles and washes. I’m also thrilled that these jeans are affordable. In a world where people spend upwards of $250 on a pair of premium jeans, it’s nice to be a part of a line that everyone can afford.”
“Audrina has an edgy, yet approachable sense of style,” says Angel Shoshan, DROD director of sales. “She has the ability to wear a simple tank top and jeans and make it look hot! But ultimately, you can tell that Audrina is always comfortable in her clothing.”
DROD, launched earlier this year, has a retail line where everything is under $100. While there are several jeans styles — “Sensuality”, “Envy”, “Confidence,” and “Jealousy”, Audrina’s favorite seems to be the “Lust” skinny black stretch.
Meanwhile, Patridge has also landed the lead role of Kelsea in “Into The Blue 2: The Reef” the sequel to the 2005 hit Jessica Alba Movie “Into The Blue.”
So much going on for the ambitious girl!

Oscar-winning French actress Marion Cotillard is the new face of the bag-of-the-elite Lady Dior.
With this, Cotillard joins the roster of elite ladies such as Monica Bellucci, Diane Kruger and French First Lady Carla Bruni who have earlier endorsed the bag. The bag, which hit the fashion scene in 1995, was instantly a success, and made even more popular by Princess Diana.
Cotillard, 33, created history by becoming the first actor to win an Academy Award for the French cinema, as Edith Piaf in La Vie En Rose. She has also won the BAFTA, Golden Globe, two Cesar Awards and Czech Lion.
Christian Dior, as usual, makes sure not to miss on sheer style and class — whether its their products or the celebrities who endorse them.

Winner of the tenth cycle of America’s Next Top Model Whitney Thompson has signed up as the new spokesperson for Fashion Bug’s (a unit of Charming Shoppes) Right Fit jeans.
Here’s an opp for Thompson to make the best use of her curves to demonstrate an innovation in fit that allows women of every shape to buy the perfect pair of jeans or pants to fit their curves.
“I have been a Fashion Bug shopper for years, so I was excited at the opportunity to work with the company and help women ‘take back’ the fitting room and make shopping for jeans a great experience,” said the 20-year-old celebrity from Atlantic Beach, FL. “The store offers clothes to fit women of all shapes and sizes – and since Fashion Bug just launched a line of denim made with Right Fit technology, we no longer have to change our bodies to fit into the hottest jeans; the jeans are now made to fit our bodies.”
“Right Fit technology proves once and for all that size doesn’t matter! It’s all about a woman’s shape and the proportion of her curves,” said Laurie Williams-Fleury, VP Design of Charming Shoppes. “We conducted the most extensive fit study in more than 50 years and used 3-D scanners – which measure the body from head-to-toe – in order to design bottoms that flatter every woman’s figure.”
If Right Fit is what I think it is — jeans that hug like second skin to the body — it sounds like a hot idea. Are you ready to get “Right Fit-ted”?
