Rihanna, Kanye West Sign Parlux Fragrance Deal

Parlux Fragrances has signed an agreement with Iconic Fragrances which includes individual worldwide fragrance licenses for multiple Grammy award winning and multi-platinum selling international entertainers Rihanna and Kanye West.

Iconic also is in the final stage of negotiations for a worldwide fragrance license with Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter, and in discussions with a ‘well-established female artist’.

“We have been negotiating this agreement for over nine months,” said Neil Katz, chairman and chief executive officer of Parlux.

“We are extremely excited to begin work on our projects with Rihanna and Kanye West. Each is an extremely highly regarded celebrity at the top of his or her profession who is undoubtedly going to make an indelible impression in the fragrance industry, just as each has done in the entertainment world.

“Their stars continue to rise rapidly in the entertainment arena, which will represent a terrific springboard for us in launching their fragrance brands.”

Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter said: “We are excited for the opportunity to partner with Parlux and their management team in the launch of these dynamic new brands. This venture will take what is already a successful franchise at Parlux to a new level.”

Parlux Fragrances, Inc. is a manufacturer and international distributor of prestige products. It holds licenses for Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, GUESS?,Nicole Miller, Natori, Queen Latifah, Marc Ecko, XOXO, Ocean Pacific (OP), Andy Roddick, babyGund, and Fred Hayman Beverly Hills designer fragrances, as well as Paris Hilton watches, cosmetics, sunglasses, handbags and other small leather accessories.

Britney Spears ‘in the pink’ for Candie’s

The writing is on the wall ‘one more time’ – Britney is back. And as if to underscore the statement, the pop superstar has appeared in a series of ads pitching Candie’s stuff, available exclusively at Kohl’s department stores.

The 27-year-old mother of two, while enjoying her comeback, is letting us know her body is toned as ever — as you can see in the Candie’s poster here [click to enlarge]. A full size, limited edition, pull-out poster is set to be published in the April 15 issue of Us Weekly Magazine.

Audrina Patridge Looks Divine in the Right Denim

MTV’s The Hills reality TV star Audrina Patridge has been appearing in ads sporting Divine Rights of Denim jeans, but I guess both Divine and most of us wouldn’t mind seeing those ads again.

Looks like Patridge, 23, is not yet ready for a big kill in the fashion world like her friend Lauren Conrad, but she’s sure making waves in the fashion scene as well as Hollywood — as her April 21 release ‘Into the Blue 2′ should prove.

Divine Rights has seen quite a few celebrity faces including those of Jessica Alba and Conrad, but I’m sure no one is complaining with Patridge endorsing the brand in some ravishing photos such as:
