Some of us die-hard fans of Mischa Barton will know that the “The O.C.” star has a leaning for hairbands and tiaras and has been photographed in various styles a number of times:
Hence it should come as no surprise the 22-year-old English/American movie, TV and stage actress is yielding in to her fascination for them and has finally decided to launch her own brand of headbands: Mischa Barton for Stacey Lapidus.
The initial launch is said to include headbands in silk, feathers, crystals and pearls, with prices ranging from $40 to $200.
“Accessories are fun and they’re easy to wear,” Barton said. “I’ve always loved headbands and have worn Stacey’s headbands for a while.”
The talented ‘Virgin Territory’ actress recently revealed that she doesn’t read about herself on the Internet or in print, because she believes it’s “unhealthy” to do so.
“I don’t look at the gossip websites — it’s unhealthy and I think it’s a large part of what drives people in LA crazy,” she commented.
But I do hope you start reading, Mischa — now that you’re getting into business, it might help to know what consumers are saying about your hairstyle accessories. Look for product reviews, ma’am!
