Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has given as yet her most revealing interview to HELLO! magazine in her first beach photoshoot in seven years.
The 35-year-old mum posed for Hello! magazine during a two-week holiday in Las Alamandas in Mexico.
Geri talks about how she still may be one of the most glamorous women in pop, admits to a self-conscious streak whenever she strips down to her bikini in public and her concerns about her figure.
“My self-esteem is no longer built into having a perfect body although I have the same hang-ups as many other women,” says Geri. “At the moment I’m a bit curvier having done the tour, so it was big mental step forward for me to show my natural self, rather than my worked-out honed self.”
“I definitely have commitment issues,” she adds. “It is lovely to be with somebody and find a connection and by intimate and open. That is wonderful but I have learnt there are also minuses to that. As a single person I have learned to cope by myself and I have my own habits. Allowing someone into my life is a huge adjustment.”
She added: “I love being in love but I can be fickle. One minute I think somebody is the love of my life and the next I don’t. I blow hot and cold.”
This week’s HELLO! (on sale from today) carries the full story and the stunning photos of Geri and Bluebell in a special 15-page report.

Miss Universe 2004 Jennifer Hawkins has made first foray into fashion design with the launch of “Cozi” swimwear in association with Myer of Australia.
Hawkins will also catwalk for her own creations at a fashion parade at Myer’s Sydney City store next month.

The 24-year-old beauty queen talked to The Daily Telegraph about her insatiable urge to tinker with current bikini designs trying to find the perfect bikini.
“I’m in a bikini a lot – I’m working in one,” she said. “I’d see a bikini somewhere, wear it and then want to change it in some way or another, whether it be the color or the feel of it, or the fit. I just wanted to give it my own little touch.”
The Aussie babe said she had kept her girlfriends in mind when designing the range and believed that the sizes and styles in the range suited the tastes of all Australian women. Hawkins’ range includes bikinis and one-pieces in a variety of colors and patterns in sizes 8 to 16, as well as kaftans and cover-ups.
“As Myer’s Ambassador, Jennifer is one of Australia’s favorite personalities,” said Judy Coomber, Myer director of apparel. “Her feminine, fun, sporty, vivacious and down-to-earth qualities as a woman are strongly reflected in the swimwear range she has designed.”

Catherine McNeil, the just-turned-19 Australian supermodel, will represent Aussie swimwear brand Seafolly, gracing its 2008-09 beachside collection.
The stylish stunner is seen as a new force to reckon with in the fashion scene, after she completed her 2007 fashion show season as a 17-year-old.
“She is one of the world’s most successful and recognized models and will drive the awareness of our brand to a wider audience,” says Anthony Harris, Seafolly Australia CEO, who believes Catherine could be the most significant face in the company’s 33-year history. Catherine will help launch one of the company’s largest collections to date.
That should be no big deal for Catherine to accomplish, who already has bagged two major campaigns for Hugo Boss as well as spreads for Jean Paul Gaultier, Versace eyewear and Dior jewellery.

Victoria’s Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr modeled a number of superhot bikinis on the catwalk at Gran Canaria Moda Calida 2008 show in Las Palmas last weekend.

While Las Palmas is still cooling its heels after the sensational show, Miranda has been busy getting ready for her first catalog photo shoot for the David Jones Summer Collections in Melbourne.
That’s just about all. She’s also been announced as the face of Clinique’s new fragrance Happy Clinique, and all this while she’s still the ambassador for Australian chain store Portmans.
And the paradox of the whole deal is that the 25-year-old hottie can’t come to terms with being called a supermodel.
“It’s what they’re calling me but I don’t really consider myself a supermodel,” Miranda expressed her wonderment. “I mean, what is a supermodel? Is it like a superhero? I think it’s funny. I don’t take myself too seriously. I just go along with it.”
That’s okay, babe. You don’t really have to know the definition of a supermodel–so long as you continue to wear and bare, everything makes perfect sense to me.
