Aubrey O’Day Goes Topless for Complex

Singer, actress, songwriter, and Danity Kane girl Aubrey O’Day shows off her skin barely eight months after appearing nude for Travis Barker clothing line — this time going topless for Complex magazine.

The 24-year-old hottie leaves very little for imagination in the photographs of the latest issue of the magazine, where she talks — if you’re listening, rather than watching — about her club life, her role in Making the Band, what kind of guys she dates, her favorite adult site and more.

“If I have to be ridiculed and called a whore and the party animal and the dumb girl for the rest of my career, I’m OK with that,” Aubrey reveals. “Because I love who I am. You’re going to have to interpret me however you’re going to interpret me.”

Well, we’re OK with that too!

Super Brands, Super Selection

Did you know that a number of celebrities suffer from technophobia? Simon Cowell admits he doesn’t know how to use a computer. Angelina Jolie enlists husband Pitt’s help to navigate her PC, while Emma Thompson is shy of laptops. Now, I’m not trying to justify any fear of gadgetry. On the other hand, most people feel quite comfortable with high-tech equipment from well established brands.

I confess I do have a temptation at trying out goods with unknown name tags on them, but then I remind myself of the value of brands. With nearly two-thirds of my day going in working on my desktops, the Internet is my best, rather sometimes only, resource for most of the stuff I want to buy. And trust me, when buying a brand name product, it also helps to look at the company that’s selling the product.

SuperwareHouse.comThat’s how I discovered SuperwareHouse.com. They’re well known in the online world for their three S’s — Service, Selection, Savings. I’d happily add an S before each one — for Super. The range is like, you think about what you need, and they have it. With over 50,000 products from the most reliable names in the electronics world including Apple, Nokia, HP, Cisco, IBM, Sony laptops, Canon, Epson, Lexmark, Xerox and.. well, covers almost all the top business and home equipment brands.

The navigation is user-friendly, almost intuitive. For instance, if you’re looking for Toshiba laptops, you’d want to search by the brand name, and select Toshiba and laptops, and you’re presented with an exhaustive selection — assorted by a number of parameters like lightweights, thins, tablet PC’s, screen sizes, processors and even accessories. From there on you get to navigate further to zero in on the one of your preference.

Well, by now you’d have guessed the product range goes much beyond computers and hardware to audio, video, digital cameras, gaming, printers, supplies and software. While you’re there, don’t miss out the Hot Deals section — you might find just what you need at a terrific bargain! And currently there’s a special offer of free shipping for orders over $299.00.

And now, getting back to the celebs, not all of them are scared of high-tech — I just learn that Katherine Heigl can’t live without her Apple video iPod and Beyoncé moves to her Samsung MP3 player!

Branded Sunglasses

It was not too long ago that watched a bunch of guys on the Santa Cruz beach playing volleyball. Well, that’s nothing really spectacular, but what indeed was striking was that most of them were wearing celebrity brand sunglasses. Now, I know a Gucci from an Armani, and the reason I’m blogging this is I find it so affordable to buy wholesale sunglasses.

I follow celebrity fashion trends very closely, and from what I know, I can tell that the brand name prices are going only one way — UP. Then again, celebrity fashions never go out of style, because they’re always in the news. (My girlfriend wants the sunglasses that Jennifer Garner wore while she (Garner) went grocery shopping. So?)

CTSWholesalers.com :: Branded sunglasses at wholesale pricesNow, that makes me believe that there’s a helluva lotsa money there in fashion sunglasses. Brand names. Nobody wants to wear a Swiss-made shade unless it says “Armani” or “Police” on it. And let me give you a tip: If you’re even remotely planning to get into this business, you should remember the statistics. The stats say that wholesale replica sunglasses sell much better than the real thing. The point is, you’re only paying for the name, and your consumer only cares about a temporary appearance, as I said, while playing volleyball. Come on, it’s a celebrity world… brand names and Hollywood.

Still unsure? Check out what what other people have to say about wholesale sunglasses, accessories, designer sunglasses, polarized sunglasses and more.

Summer’s coming. Don’t lose out on that! Check out CTS Wholesale — they sure give you a foothold to kick off your own business selling branded sunglasses. Eliminate the middleman and buy and sell direct from the guys who know it best.

Find Your Fendi

There’s no denying it. Celebrities have a lifestyle to live up to–at least when they’re in public–and the bags and purses they carry are usually the most noticed, the most photographed and the most written about (after their boyfriends). Perhaps this is just one reason top celebs such as Lindsay Lohan, Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen and Nicole Richie wouldn’t be seen dead without a Fendi bag.

jessica Simpson with her Fendi SpyApart from the celeb/glamour side, the Italian designer’s handbags are an ideal model of perfection in terms of material, style and quality. For instance, the Fendi Spy Bag is made of buttery soft leather, and the look and feels of the bag can never be duplicated. But how do you go about searching for authentic Fendi bags offered at the best prices in the market?

I discovered TheFind.com. Their shopping search engine delivers lists of products with descriptions and images, ranked by the leading products, brands, stores and styles on the very first page of results. A search for the “Fendi Spy bag” yielded 960 results from 121 stores. Shown below is the Fendi brown nappa embellished ‘Spy’ bag, available in cognac, brown, ivory and khaki. It also features soft pebbled nappa leather with ‘Ricami’ hand woven beaded and embroidered designs and short flap with woven leather handle, hidden lighter compartment, and wristlet strap, and a Zucca jacquard canvas lining.

A search for another celebrity favorite, the Fendi Hobo bag came up with 754 choices from 114 stores. The Fendi cognac nappa leather Hobo has soft pebbled nappa leather with allover stitch detailing, while the front flap pocket comes with with mirror logo goldtone buckle and has a magnetic snap closure. The 14” woven leather strap has 6” drop and leather knots.

Fendi bags

TheFind.com came up with 734 bags from 150 stores for Fendi Tote, the exclusive luxurious Fendi. If you love the hottest looks and the finest materials, you’ll find them in the Fendi Large Silver Metallic Leather ‘Xword’ Tote (shown here). The handbag has a double patent leather measuring 24 inches, and black nylon with inter-woven metallic laminated leather overlays.

One last word–don’t get the idea that TheFind.com is only about searching bags and galmour stuff. Their “Product Ranking Engine” crawls over 500,000 stores worldwide to find over 150 million products including shoes, apparel, home furnishings, jewelry and watches, seasonal stuff, health and beauty products as well as items for kids and family.

A Camera Fit for a Celebrity

Having seen enough of glamorous, high profile shots of celebrities, I was musing as to what cameras the celebrites themselves were using in their leisure pursuits. A little bit of research on the Web as well as raising queries at a couple forums, and I landed with a small list of about ten cameras that were truly celebrity class.

What surprised me was the consinstency in the preferences for brand, size, colors, and megapixels. Strangely, the trend was into professional SLRs or the ones with a hundred settings. The one that topped the list was the Fujifilm Z5fd, what one forum member quoted as “elegant enough for a stroll down the red carpet.”

Fujifilm Z5fdThough that might sound like tall talk, Fujifilm have indeed created a minature marvel with this award winner–TIPA 2007 ”Best Ultra Compact Digital Camera’. Apparently, a 6.3 megapixel sensor, 3x optical zoom, ISO 1600 sensitivity for low light working, Intelligent flash’,'Blog mode” for easy dowloading for web use, Face Detection Technology (of course!), optimizing both exposure and focus settings were the features that caught the celebs’ attention.

I also saw that it wasn’t the top-of-the-line digital camera, and hence not insanely expensive. I looked around for deals, as well as services that offered free searches for the best deals and I stumbled upon SaveBuckets.co.uk. The service has thousands of products in a kaleidoscope of categories, and the digital camera department lists about 2000 models from various manufacturers.

Needless to say, I did find the Fujifilm Z5fd, but was it at a price I was willing to pay? Well, let’s not get into that, but SaveBuckets does have a feature that will alert me if the price ever drops down to what I’m willing to pay. I have submitted my email, and am keeping my fingers crossed.
