Girls Gone Wild has named Kelli Reichel 2011’s “Hottest Girl in America” on the season finale of the brand’s popular HDNet reality television series.

The 19-year-old blonde from Camarillo, California, was voted to the title by fans in a year-long, nationwide poll which attracted thousands of college-aged contestants.
“There were so many gorgeous and captivating contestants this season, it was an especially tough choice for the fans; but I think they definitely made the right decision,” said Girls Gone Wild Founder Joe Francis.
“Kelli is a very impressive young woman. She’s beautiful, adventurous, poised, smart and has a great personality. She embodies the Girls Gone Wild brand.”
“I can’t believe it,” said Kelli. “It was such an amazing experience and I’m so happy that I won. I want to thank all my fans and everyone who voted for me.”
Girls Gone Wild met the 5′ 11″ Kelli when she submitted amateur photos online and then auditioned for Girls Gone Wild Magazine, which wasted no time splashing Kelli on its March/April 2011 cover. It doesn’t surprise me that Kelli became an instant hit.
Kelli will make a series of live radio and TV appearances and tour the country with Girls Gone Wild.
“Every aspect of working with Girls Gone Wild has been fun,” Kelli said. “I’m excited for the opportunity to represent this internationally recognized lifestyle brand.”

How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan and a string of TV celebrities including Julie Bowen of ABC’s Modern Family will share their footprints for an exclusive “Footprints” exhibit launched by Johnson’s that symbolizes the ‘joy’ behind baby’s first steps.

Launched in honor of Mother’s Day (May 8), Johnson’s is launching the integrated campaign, Treasuring Everyday Joy with Hannigan, Bowen, Melissa Rycroft (TV Correspondent and ABC’s Dancing with the Stars alum) and March Of Dimes ambassadors Melissa Joan Hart (ABC Family’s Melissa & Joey) and Kellie Martin (ER and Life Goes On).
The exhibit will also represent the first step toward helping every family experience the joy of having a healthy baby.
“It is so important to treasure everyday moments with your children,” said celebrity mom Alyson Hannigan.
“Whether it’s the giggles during bath time or reading with them before bedtime; it’s those simple things that are part of your daily routine which you come to value most as a mom. I never take those moments for granted as they change so much from day-to-day, that each one is a new adventure.”
“For more than 100 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to being a trusted partner to moms and babies, providing products that are safe, clinically proven mild, and gentle,” said Ivy Brown, Marketing Director, Baby Care, Johnson’s.
“With the launch of this campaign, we further our mission in baby care by encouraging parents to take the ‘promise’ and support the March Of Dimes,” she added.

MTV Reality TV series The Hills hottie Heidi Montag has just proved she isn’t over the hill yet by appearing ‘glamorously dirty’ on the cover of the September 2009 issue of Playboy, but she’s not in her birthday suit inside the magazine.

There are a couple of takes on why Montag is not naked.
Said to be zealously religious, perhaps Mrs Pratt has some notion that getting photographed completely nude is kinda taboo? Ugh.
On the flip, more realistic, side, probably the money wasn’t enough. Wasn’t it just last year when the celebrity gossip world was rife with stories about Montag having been offered $1 million to pose nude in Playboy, as claimed by hubby Spencer Pratt?
A representative for Playboy wouldn’t officially deny that an offer was made, but did say that the figures weren’t nearly as high as Spencer alleged.
Either way, being a genuine admirer of Heidi (clothed or unclothed), something is better than nothing (although nothing is better than something), I was glad to see her pictures and read the juicy interview in the magazine.
Here’s some pictures of Heidi Montag in the September 2009 issue of Playboy in case you haven’t had a chance to lay your hands on it yet:

English television presenter Konnie Huq has appeared in a new video campaign promoting Blu-ray, in an obvious attempt to demystify the technology to every Tom, Dick and Blue Peter.

Kanak “Konnie” Huq , 33, says “You may have a HD TV, but without high definition content, you are just watching standard-quality pictures.”
Well, after watching this video, I guess I now understand what’s all the fuss about, but still I won’t buy it. At least not until the global economy turns around in 2050. How about you?

Singer Lily Allen has landed her own TV show ‘Lily Allen And Friends’ scheduled to be broadcast on BBC3 next spring. The show will feature a blend of chat, music and celebrity interviews.
The 22-year-old Londoner is pegged to become one of the corporation’s foremost personalities, with BBC’s controller of entertainment commissioning, Elaine Bedell commenting: “Lily is opinionated, funny and charming in equal measure. She’s a very natural performer and will be a television star. I’m delighted that she’s going to be one of the BBC’s key entertainment faces.”
The show is reported to be based on the phenomenal social networking, a concept close to Allen’s heart. Allen, who rose to fame with huge fanbase on MySpace (over 44,000 ‘friends’) and Facebook, will invite her virtual friends to participate in the show’s discussions, Q&A sessions and even presenting parts of the show.
Allen’s online friends will also have exclusive access to behind-the-scenes footage of the show and can watch the highlights on their cells phones.
The musician said she can’t wait to start filming the show: “I’m so excited that BBC Three are giving me this chance. It’s something I intend to have lots of fun with and I have some great ideas for the show. Next year is going to be a brilliant year!”
“Lily is an important voice of her generation,” said Danny Cohen, BBC3 controller. “Lily Allen And Friends will have its own unique identity as the audience will be intrinsic to the show’s content via social networking.
“Lily launched herself on the web and is the perfect host for this exciting new show.”
