Zenith the watch which makes you long for it as soon as it catches your eye is the brand of excellent Swiss watches. The watch company was founded by the very young Georges Favre Jacot who decided to put his mind and heart in the creation of branded watches. He was hit by the idea of disseminate the concept of manufacture.
He illustrated this idea by putting the force of all top watchmakers together and was asked to make a luxurious watch which sprang out as Zenith. The brand has won over 1500 prizes and has made over 50 calibers.
Zenith is mainly known for its two top models. The first was El Primero which was spread out in 1869. It was the first ever chronograph with the fastest automatic winding and used to measure the shortest time intervals as well. The second one came in 1995 called the Elite which are known as the thin watches of Zenith. Academy, Chronomaster, Class, Port Royal, Defy, Star Sea, Star Love, Star Rock, Starissime are some of the newly designed watches of Zenith today. The brand is very much liked by both the sexes of the world.

Wonder who first said, “Fashions fade, but style is forever.” How true… style is timeless, and it manifests in everything you say or do — or wear. If what some of the classiest Hollywood celebrities and Beverly Hills folks wear, I’ll swear by Michele Watches.
Don’t take my word for it. It’s well known that Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and a host of other ‘timeless’ celebs are all die-hard fans of Michele watches.
Anyone who’s ever browsed through top-end glossies such as Vogue or Maxim, could not have missed seeing Michele watches featured in them. And for good reason – not many watches can live up to the contemporary lifestyle depicted on Vogue!

One of the more popular models (pictured above), is the unisex Deco Classic, with a shimmering Mother of Pearl face, and beset with 108 genuine, hand-set diamonds around bezel.
Well, it’s not just a ‘watch’, it’s a chronograph, which means it features multi-functions related to measuring time, such as individual subdials for telling seconds, 1/10 second and 30-minute, all backed by a sophisticated Swiss quartz movement. And trust me, this watch has gone through some of the toughest tests to arrive at the market place.
Care to customize your Michele watch to go with your hair or eye color, or dress or even your mood? This model offers some massive choice in the number and types of 18mm straps – which are interchangeable in minutes.
If you do decide to look into Michele watches online or otherwise, be sure you have plenty of time and be ready to get spoilt for choice – you may have to decide from an array of around 300 watches and accessories such as straps and bracelets. Check out some of them here:

Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer has signed on Oscar and Golden Globe award winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio to endorse its Carrera Day-Date watch in a 3-year multi-million dollar deal.
Unfortunately, this also sees the end of Brad Pitt’s 6-year contract with TAG (Technique d’Avant-Garde) Heuer.
“Leonardo perfectly embodies this call-to-action with his exceptional talent, extraordinary mental strength and unfettered commitment to social and environmental issues,” a TAG Heuer spokesperson told PEOPLE.
The 34-year-old star was also involved last year with luxury Swiss watch company Jaeger-LeCoultre to develop two limited series of watches to benefit the Leonardo DiCaprio Fund at the California Community Foundation.
Meanwhile, DiCaprio has just wrapped up work on Martin Scorsese’s thriller Shutter Island (their fourth collaboration), slated for an October 2009 release.

Movado Group Inc., the parent company for Ebel and Movado watches, has published ads for its Beluga watch with Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
Renowned photographer Craig McDean shot the 28-year-old model to strir up a sense of femininity, mystery and luxury, and I should say he’s left no bedsheet…. err, no stone unturned to get it right!

The classic Beluga ladies watch, launched by Swiss watchmaker Ebel in 1985, has since seen a complete re-design, with the new designs incorporating a generous use of quality diamonds, mother of pearl and 18-carat gold.
About the £25,000 rose gold Ebel watch, store manager Peter Pendrey said: “This is a luxury timepiece that will appeal to people, who appreciate exceptional craftsmanship and fine diamonds.
“The Beluga is designed specially for women, so it is appropriate to have one of the world’s most beautiful women heading the campaign.”
Bundchen, the highest paid model in the world, will appear in Ebel’s posters and fashion and lifestyle magazines this fall.

Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio and luxury Swiss watch company Jaeger-LeCoultre have joined hands to develop two limited series of watches to benefit the Leonardo DiCaprio Fund at the California Community Foundation (CCF).
The unique watches that feature technology never used before will be available this fall exclusively at the new Jaeger-LeCoultre Boutiques in Boca Raton and Beverly Hills, as part of its “Time to Care” initiative.
One of the watches will be the cutting edge techie Master Compressor Extreme Lab, worn by DiCaprio to the premiere of his documentary, “The 11th Hour”, the first Extreme Lab watch to be delivered anywhere in the world, and is valued at $300,000. The tourbillon complication watch is also the world’s first mechanical watch that can operate in temperatures ranging from from -40 to +60 degrees Centigrade, and that too, without any lubricant. It is engraved with Leonardo DiCaprio’s signature.
The other timepiece is also a unique edition of the Reverso Gyrotourbillon 2, worth around $400,000. It features the first-ever spherical tourbillon as well as a cylinder-shaped balance-spring with end curves, breaking new grounds in timepiece accuracy. There’s also a a 50-hour power reserve and is crafted in platinum. The Reverso Gyrotourbillon 2 contains over 371 parts and was specially created to commemorate the 175th anniversary of Jaeger-LeCoultre this year.
Established in 1998, the Leonardo DiCaprio Fund at the CCF has actively fostered awareness of environmental issues through participation with several national and international organizations, while Jaeger-LeCoultre has been a leader in fine Swiss watchmaking since 1833.
