The Hills’ reality TV star Heidi Montag’s ‘Heidiwood for Anchor Blue’ has been discontinued.

Ended. Just like that. I remember the fanfare the then 21-year-old starlet created with the sign-up with Anchor Blue just a few months earlier this year, and I feel Heidi deserved a little more time to establish her brand.
Perhaps Anchor Blue saw no market in Heidi’s “sexed-up zebra prints and short-shorts”.
“We just felt that the one year was a great year for both of us, and we’re looking into other options,” was the explanation given by Marla Whit, the company’s spokesperson. “We really found that we want to explore … what style really means to our girl … and that doesn’t necessarily mean a celebrity brand. It really means fashion and comfort, and we can really accomplish that with our own brand.”
Most would of it as a setback for Heidi, but not me, given her enterprise for dreaming up new ideas… at least one of them should make it!
