Italian high-fashion house Prada has signed 90’s supermodel Linda Evangelista as the face of its autumn/winter collection.

Linda, noted for once declaring “We don’t wake up for less than $10,000 a day”, looks “so beautiful in this collection,” according to Italian designer Miuccia Prada. Linda’s $600,000 deal with Prada is considered a sensational move in an otherwise 20-year-olds dominated industry. But then, Linda, now 43, still looks more gorgeous than most of the younger models with a terribly low BMI.

Shot by renowned photographer Steven Meisel, the Canadian supermodel poses in a series of photos featuring elegant dresses, bags and sexy shoes.
