R&B/pop singer and songwriter Christina Aguilera has been busy hitting the headlines in the celebrity world this week. Firstly, for her new perfume and then for a publicity gig for the new Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai.
The 27-year-old star has launched Inspire, her latest perfume, which she says is a “beautiful white floral scent, with a lightness of touch.” This is her third women’s fragrance, after having launched Xpose and Simply Christina last year, with both claiming international success.
Insiders comment that Christina has channeled the spirit of American pop icon Andy Warhol, and melded it with one of the chic influence of Tokyo to come up with Inspire. It’s said to be her first women’s scent aimed at the U.S. market.
Next, the seamstress is also in the news for having signed to perform at a launch party in LA to promote Donald Trump’s latest venture Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai. This will be the ‘Dirty’ star’s only second live performance since she became a mother in January 2008.
