Forbes.com has reported Gisele Bundchen as the world’s richest model, earning $33 million in the last 12 months–far outstanding her nearest competitors’ incomes put togther.
The Brazilian supermodel boasts “more contracts than any other model on the planet,” Forbes.com said, and has appeared in campaigns for high-end brands including Apple, Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli.
Supermodel Kate Moss, 33, who recently launched a clothing line at British fashion retailer Topshop, ranks second with $9 million. She also fronts the new fashion label Stella McCartney and Belstaff, an Italian sportswear company.
Victoria’s Secret and Jordache jeans icon Heidi Klum,34, is placed third at $8 million.
Rounding out the top five were Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio, both Victoria’s Secret beauties, with $6 million each.
