Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston shows how much she loves the Brooks Brothers tie by wearing only that on the cover of January 2009 issue of GQ.

She looks quite made-for-GQ-cover, and quite at ease showing off sun kissed body at her age (come Feb 11, 2009, she’ll be 40).
“I still can’t wrap my head around how old I’m going to be,” she says. “I feel more comfortable today than I ever did in my twenties or early thirties. I’m healthier. I’m more at peace in my mind and with my body.”
Was she scared during the bold photo shoot? Apparently not. “Oddly enough, I don’t know why, but no!” Jen told E! News at the premiere of Marley & Me. “It took 39 years but….yeah!”

English television presenter Konnie Huq has appeared in a new video campaign promoting Blu-ray, in an obvious attempt to demystify the technology to every Tom, Dick and Blue Peter.

Kanak “Konnie” Huq , 33, says “You may have a HD TV, but without high definition content, you are just watching standard-quality pictures.”
Well, after watching this video, I guess I now understand what’s all the fuss about, but still I won’t buy it. At least not until the global economy turns around in 2050. How about you?

Former NFL cheerleader Bonnie-Jill Laflin obviously thinks taking off her shirt will help PETA’s new campaign ‘Bank On Your Health, Go Vegetarian’.

At this crucial time of a global economy slowdown, when top-notch executives of international companies are straightening their neckties to try and look decent, Bonnie-Jill Laflin, 32, thinks the focus ought to be on eating vegetarian. Maybe she has a point.
Or a couple:

There’s been so much noise on the Web about Madonna styling for Louis Vuitton that it’s getting sicker than her split with Guy Ritchie.
Madonna may be the ultimate goddess of pop to millions, but I think her attempt to earn a quick buck from Louis Vuitton (LV) is way out of the league.
While LV does have a reputation for showing senior celebrities as their spokespeople (Steffi Graf, Mikhael Gorbachev, Sean Connery, Keith Richards, to name a few), what’s terribly wrong with LV’s Madonna ad is that she’s throwing a leg to sell a bag. Sick.
Does LV have to resort to skin to sell their handbags? Gimme a break. Their ad with Sean Connery is rich with class. Look at both:
Class talks. And probably sells better, too.

Ravishing Indian model Diana Penty has allegedly replaced Bollywood celebrity Deepika Padukone as the new face of Maybelline.

The 23-year-old model, who steps into the shoes of earlier top-notch representatives such as Adriana Lima and Christina Turlington as the face of Maybelline, went on record to say that it felt great to endorse a brand so vibrant and multi-ethnic.
“For me it is not only about whom I am replacing but it’s about being on the same platform as international models and get international exposure,” said Penty.
That’s great, Ms Penty, but why is Maybelline not talking about you? or not even India? You see only North America, South America, Europe, Asia (China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan) and Australia on their website.
Which brings me to wonder if I should be blogging this ’cause maybe Maybelline is not truly international?
